I've had one tooth [#10] replaced (it got knocked off in a softball related incident when I was twelve).

Other than that, I've had two root canals, one on that tooth that I had to replace and one on an adjacent tooth. And I've had a single cavity.

I had two lower molars that hard to be extracted, so I have two bridges. When they eventually need to be replaced, I'll get implants.
