Which partner? The American presidency is held by a person, not a think-tank. Did that Project 2025 spokesperson receive any votes? Harris, as VP candidate, did. Outline the legitimacy of your point?

He can’t turn the Presidency itself over, natch. But most of the people who worked on that nightmare are former Trump governmental hires. He could simply re-hire them and turn the project over to them for implementation.
This wouldn’t be anything new for him. In his previous term in office, Trump never articulate a single original policy agenda. He let Congress and his EB cronies do that.
