RE: Woman - Life - Freedom Movement in Iran 2.0
I didn’t know where I could put this. But the IRI seems to be the biggest loser in the most recent Israeli-Palestinian conflict:

1) Hamas has been greatly weakened

2) Hezbollah been greatly weakened

3) Their air defenses have been weakened. It is being said that next time Israel will be able to do greater damage inside Iran if it chooses to (Which is 180 degree different from Iranian state propaganda that says that the damage was very limited).

4) Nuclear weapons won’t save them more than it saved Russia.

They are testing AVATAR therapy on people with auditory hallucinations getting some interesting results, but it's still early.

Brits are apparently surprised how they are getting ripped by royals?

King and Prince William’s estates ‘making millions from charities and public services’

The King and Prince William are using their estates "largely seized by medieval monarchs" for tax-free deals with government departments to maintain their wealth

The King will charge a London NHS Trust over £11 million in 15 years for ambulance parking at a duchy warehouse, while the Ministry of Justice pays £1.5m a year to William's duchy for Dartmoor prison

The royals also charge for crossing rivers, offloading cargo, running cables under beaches, operating schools and charities, and even digging graves.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Do they ever make you feel like you're living in 21st-century feudalism?

Quote:Scores of rental properties owned by Prince William fail to meet the minimum legal energy efficiency standards for landlords, we can reveal.

We found some of his tenants are at risk of fuel poverty, living in hard to heat homes that are riddled with damp and black mould. Our investigation with Channel 4 Dispatches has found that as many as one in seven of William’s inherited Duchy of Cornwall’s residential rental properties have the lowest Energy Performance Certificate ratings of F or G.

It comes as the taxpayer is funding a £369m renovation of Buckingham Palace and Prince William launches his campaign against homelessness and for “everyone having a right to a safe and stable home”. One tenant said: “The slick PR will stick in the throat of many tenants. He should start by bringing the homes he already owns up to modern standards.”

The Duchy has more than 600 rental properties and over a 15-month investigation we identified nearly 500 of them. We found 50 Duchy properties rated F and 20 rated G, including six properties with the lowest EPC score of one point out of 100.

We spoke to a number of tenants on condition of anonymity who are living in cold, poorly insulated homes, often without central heating and many relying on the most expensive solid fuels for heat. It has been illegal since 2020 for landlords to rent out properties that are rated below an E under the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards regulations without a valid exemption.

I said it a while ago, when Lizzie died.

Now is a good time to abolish the monarchy, seize the properties, and give Charles III the Charles I treatment.

Killing royalty, while it feels just swell, isn’t a long-term solution (there’s always more waiting in the wings).

A better idea is to strike them from the public list and put them to work. The world still needs ditch-diggers.
