No, it's not - you are, at the end of the day, concerned with what *He* can do for *you.*
How you choose to rationalize it doesn't change anything.
No, we are not concerned with what "he" can do for us.
We don't think "he" exists, so why should such nonsense concern us?
Damn, you dumb!

You were either unaware of these events, or you are committing false witness. Typical apologist.
Wow, it's almost like that is *precisely* the event I was referencing when I talked about the hysteria of a "mass grave" being pushed by the media just for LIDAR and excavations to find the previous walls of a church.
I *didn't* know about that, wow guys I think I'm psychic!
Did you mean psychotic, by any chance?

Though why you're whining to atheists about theists persecuting each other isn't clear.
Quote:If the Jewish community has a word, it's probably to say - "Hey, don't make the same mistakes we did and let someone else genocide you while 'academics' turn a blind eye or cheer it on."
Even for you, that's pure nonsense. FYI, the Holocaust was a religious persecution that stemmed from centuries of Antisemitism from Christianity. Do you know who wasn't allowed in the SS, apart from Jews obviously? Atheists were not allowed...
"Heinrich Himmler was a strong promoter of the gottgläubig movement and did not allow atheists into the SS, arguing that their "refusal to acknowledge higher powers" would be a "potential source of indiscipline".
"The SS oath (Eidformel der Schutzstaffel), written by Himmler, also specifically denounced atheists"

Somehow this dink's pope-of-the-moment never got around to disowning this idea.
But how can we be moral without faith in god?

Not much need to apologise, especially when, even at the time, Trudeau condemned the church attacks, and in both English and French.
Because, even if the anger comes from an understandable place, vandalising churches isn't the answer.

I have - I have even asked this question multiple times now, without response; if you want to break that mold, I will appreciate it...
...what do you do to a hostile foreign force that has spent centuries murdering you, robbing from you, stealing your women as sex slaves and children as sacrifices?
It also was not genocide, as the intent was not to destroy either a national, ethnic, religious, or racial group - it was to destroy a hostile foreign force, the same as GWoT or Ukraine.

Not at all - neither the Old Testament (quite obviously) nor New Testament ever advocates for allowing evil free reign to do whatever it desires - that is infact a very counter-intuitive expectation.

Because presumably you should be more mature as a person, though that is neither guranteed nor in anyone's hands other than your own.
The loss of nobility for dictatorship of the masses - and the ability to comprehend concepts like "respect" and "values" - has nearly done as much damage to the Western psyche as the rejection of God and the Liberal Value Plague of 1848 - if you cant figure out why an all-powerful figure deserves better than your attitude and demanding things from him... well, I wish you the best of luck learning going forward.
