Cruelty makes them seem tough on people they don't like. Human decency and empathy is a seen as a character flaw by these people.

So Trumps essentially just copying and pasting Russia now . Also America literally already has Memorial Day in May and Veterans Day in November. Why the hack do you need a military celebration in the same month?
