It's also been appealed and will possibly be decided by his pets in the SCOTUS. We'll have to wait and see.

True, but at least until the appellate court gets hold of it, it's permanently enjoined.

The really funny bit about this story is that Trump recently won a ruling that allowed the case to go before the US Court of International Trade, which Trump had been trying for all along.

I hadn't heard that, but I had heard that two of the three judges were Republican appointees and one was appointed by Trump himself. Perhaps he thought the fix was in, but the unanimous decision was that Trump's efforts were unconstitutional. He can't take the tariff-power from Congress per the IEEPA.

Since Republicans were counting on federal income from the tariffs, I wonder if this will sink the "big, beautiful" spending bill too.
