Shopping employment attorneys. My employer is being pigheadedly intransigent over a compliance issue that I've decided to stop playing their games without counsel. The price of signing any kind of non-disclosure/indemnification just went way the fuck up.

Feeling dizzy again tonight. I've been tired all day. Hope it's just a passing thing.

Taking meds and waking up with morning coffee. 

I need to run to the county human services offices to fix a problem with my paperwork. Then I've got an appointment with the therapist that I've been seeing for several years. She's being reassigned to a different position, so this will be our last therapy appointment together.

Went to get a lung cancer re-screen, sushi, and donuts.

All in my pajamas.

Just ate a late dinner. Spent much of the evening bloated and gassy from finishing off the jug of chocolate milk. I did have lactaid, but I forgot about it.

Cleaned the parrot cage and now waiting for my grocery delivery.
