Money is a useful tool, an to aid living and I would bet that a lot of people wouldnt even know about the religious frippery that was printed on it.

It's easy for you to say the above quotes, but for me and my conscience as an American citizen, not that easy to ignore the frippery(your word) that's printed on the dollars.

Well, try ordering a T-shirt with front side saying "IN GOD WE TRUST" and at the back side "I'm an Atheist".

What a thoroughly ridiculous thing to get hung up on. Still hasn't answered my question about what he expects people to do instead, either.
