I've actually seen Ken Ham try to use the Platypus as evidence against evolution.

Ham, himself, is evidence against evolution.
There is always a throwback or two fouling up the gene pool.

How does a platypus give creationist any problem at all, the evolutionist needs to find the fossils that lead up to this very unusual mammal, then the creationist might have a problem. God knew evolution was coming down the line, He made the platypus to drive them nuts, and He has done that. All I can say, get digg'in evolutionist, them fossils might be out there some where. 
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
