Hes omnipotent, he acted frequently in that time period according to the Bible. Therefore if he had seen it as important he would of stopped the incest. Why didn't he?
Also, he supposedly knows past, present and future. Why even kill the wife knowing this would happen?

Well God certainly thought a town with men, women, children and Lots wife in it needed to be destroyed. Why was that massacre more of a worthy endeavour than stopping two daughters practically druging and raping their father who he had seen fit to get out of the town earlier?
What, the rest was all well and good but stopping the two girls have fun time with their Daddy was just too much?
