Vietnamese food...don't even get me started. Pho mitt hoison sauce.
(I know I know, not vegetarian, but you know I like a little meat on my meals.....  )

My local Vietnamese restaurant is reputed to be the best in Australia. Situated in Little Saigon,it has the creative name of "The Vietnam". I've been going there since it opened in the early 1980's. My first meal was lunch; large bowl of cold vermicelli and hot spring rolls,with lashings of lashings of a special sauce---$3. yummmmo!

A creation of mine; oven-roasted cuy cuts cooked in a cayenne pepper, rosemary, balsemic vinegar, red-wine, lemon-juice and honey-mesquite marinade with roasted tomatoes, chopped carrots, and diced onions. Sweet, spicy, and succulent.
You'll almost forget you're eating guinea pig.

A bucket of King Prawns,in shell,served with melted,slightly burned butter,and crustly white bread. Washed down with a couple of bottles of chilled Veuve Clicquot. Bliss.

Salad is my most favorite meal. I am eating salad everyday instead of lunch. Salads provide our human body with a lot of roughage content which is helpful to human body. Fiber is an excellent way to aid weight-loss.
