Well, it's pushing the Ten Commandments on those who don't believe in them. Our judicial system is not based on these commandments, therefore they have no place in front of a courthouse on state owned property. Exactly. Legal rulings, but not the Constitution. It's funny how much faith people put in the Constitution when most of the laws we have now actually violate it.

Those legal rulings are all based on interpretations of the constitution. Truth be told, that's the entire point to the supreme court: they determine whether various laws or actions violate the constitution.

Also, you might want to see if this giant monument passes the lemon test, but I'm sure a constitutional scholar like yourself already knows all about that, right?

That's quite the claim. When you say most of the laws, what are you referring to? Local? Federal? and since the word most would mean that the great majority of our laws violate our constitution I assume that you can give dozens upon dozens, possibly hundreds of examples of laws that violate our constitution correct?
