Yes you are a xenophobe, otherwise you wouldn't have made the comments about my taste in music and equate it to sexuality.
Again, you can't reasonably conclude that, as I may just be trolling out of boredom.
Quote:Here is how adults handle likes and dislikes.

Person A, "I like X"
I agree. Adults (straight ones anyway) don't make a dramatic fuss about liking X and not being ashamed of it anymore.

Do you know WHY I hid that from people for so long? Because of bullies. Because assholes who were the really insecure ones. My only fault was that I didn't know any better and wanted to fit in, so I dumped ABBA for a long time, not because I was wrong, but because I lived out of fear of being bullied.

But this post probably is going to be wasted on you.

And as far as "drama", the only drama going on is your fear of people being different than you. Otherwise you would't say such stupid crap.

I am not going hide just because you don't understand me or don't like the same things I do. That is your baggage, not mine. But I do admit, knowing you have to look at my avatar to read this, does give me pleasure.

So if you don't want to see ABBA, then it would be up to you to put me on ignore, or simply don't read my posts. But if you do, you'd be the whiner because no one is forcing you to respond to me.

Interesting how your type tends to put things in terms of fear. You're projecting. My wife likes ABBA and has a greatest hits CD which I believe is two discs (i.e. 1.5 too many). No fears here. It's effeminate. You say you're not ashamed of it, but then throw a hissy fit when ridiculed for it. Face it, no straight man made it all the way through Mamma Mia, unless he thought it might get him laid afterwards.

Uh, I pointed out earlier I have avatars turned off. You can do that ya know.

Typical, now you resort to "It's not what you think, one of my best friends.....are (insert label here).

Your wife likes ABBA, then she can tell you why I do as well. You still want to shame me for having thoughts of what it would be like "if". And you are still trying to shame me for liking ABBA or assuming because sensitive guy does, that somehow you "just know".

You don't know shit about me or my life so if you really don't have a problem with your wife liking ABBA then kindly stop being the judgmental asshole you have been so far.

Whatever "dar" you think you have, your meter is broken.

"My wife likes ABBA'

"Some of my best friends are are black"
"Some of my family are married to towel heads"

Sorry asshole, but streight guys can and do like ABBA. Sorry your neat bublble got burst, go play in traffic during rush hour.

Judging by the likes there are ten straight guys who like ABBA. There's no activity on the page though...they're probably all in the closet together...with Dancing Queen playing.

Ok so if someone who is actually gay says in this thread they like metal like Metalica or AC/DC then that makes all fans of metal gay too right?

Listen asswipe, I was in love with Agnetha, not just in a fan sense, but "I want to fuck her sense". I also wanted to fuck Farrah and the Singer from Quaterflash and Pat Benatar at one point, and all the members of the Bangles and. I had posters of Farrah on my wall then later Heather Thomas and Heather Locklear on my walls as a teen.

But if we go by your logic, any gay person who admits to liking Metalica, that would mean James Hetfeild is gay.

You have a stupid stereotype and are a petty xenophobe you are stupidly clinging to because someone sold you that bullshit.

Bluntly put, you are a fucking idiot and have no clue what you are talking about. Oh and remember me "The ABBA fan, knowing your wife is also an ABBA fan, next time you have sex with her". Now you'll have me in your head, have fun getting it up.

RE: Not ashamed anymore.
Here is the funny part, the "disco" label ABBA got slapped with because of Dancing queen, if this idiot actually listened to more than one of their songs he'd know that most of the music are not disco themed. Only maybe 3 or 4 of their songs could be considard full bore disco. The rest of their music is pop with rock undertones.

I like Dancing queen, but that is not why I got into them. I actually liked "Take A Chance On Me" and "The Name Of the Game" which is much more rock influenced.

But I never got into the Smiths. The Ramones and Blondie were as edgy as I got into during that time. Holy shit did that black and white cover of Debby Harry give me...................................boooooooooooiiiiiiiiiiiiiing!
