Do I sin because of Adam?

Breathing could lead to death if you inhale water.

By what definition of natural are these things unnatural?

In what way is inhaling water a natural act, you do know that inhalation of water is called drowning and not breathing, actually the inhalation of anything other than the air we breath for life is called drowning, whether purposeful or accidental.

So, you ignored the main point of my post (how are you defining "natural") to pick on this?
So if I argue that because some animals in nature drown, drowning is natural, what definition of natural would you use to refute that?

My doctor told me that I have a high concentration of this stuff in my body. Am I going to be okay? Undecided
Upon further research I have discovered that this is a widespread condition! Where are the advocacy efforts?

Yep, studies have shown that when autopsied, most bodies are found to have significant quantities of this substance in blood and chemical panels. Could this be the greatest killer of all time?

I read somewhere that a large quantity of this stuff fell from the sky about six thousand years ago. Only seven people (and their expansive collection of animals) survived. You know what else I read? Our drinking supply is absolutely saturated with this stuff! I've heard rumors that the polar ice caps and the oceans contain large quantities of it too, but I'm sure it's just fear mongering.

I thought it was 8 people that survived...

In any case, we should all take up the fight against this horrible plague on humanity! I mean, this is a problem of biblical proportions!

I believe I did when I said purposeful or accidental, one is self inflicted thus going against the natural desire to live, accidental should need no explanation of being unnatural.

I don't think you can classify natural or unnatural along lines of conscious desires, because there are plenty of things in nature that don't have them. This is really an argument parallel to the issue it's purporting to be about.

This brings up a few more questions: What would the world be like if Adam hadn't eaten the apple? Would there be evil in the world? If there was no evil, would lucifer still be god right-hand man? Would Jesus still have been born? Would bacon still be as tasty?

These are the questions that keep me up at night.

Ok, not really but it is an interesting thought.

Sin - is defined as an offense against a "god"

In Xtianity - everything was created by the "god" - and in the bible it clearly says that the god looked at everything it created and said it was "good".

So - since NOTHING can be an offense against a god - sin does not exist.

Agreed, however my response was to Darkstar's post #104, the last lines of that post were about breathing causing death. I disagreed, I said breathing is an act of living, and drowning was not an act of living and living is a natural desire, death though it is a natural part of life, is not a natural desire. If death were a natural desire it would destroy the evolution theory and how God works with man, life would be...well...This Place Is Dead

Common misconception, but lemmings don't actually commit mass suicide.
