As I personally don't like the word "dyke" any more than I like the word "nigger," I'd say we don't have any dykes on this board. Meh, I don't know. If anyone gay takes offence if I use dyke, I will refrain from using it, otherwise it's just a word. I don't mean anything bad by using it, though the general association might be negative

Feminists have a bad reputation because people look at the worst part of a group for reference. Also some men feel insecure when they can't boss women around. Which I cannot understand. How does lording over women make you feel strong? I'd rather be able to stand as an equal next to a strong woman, much more satisfying.

It's ironic that those who claim not to be the worst negate that claim with their words and behaviour. Men aren't interested in bossing women about, what they don't want is a bulldyke acting like she's on Jerry Springer and thinking it's cute.
