Where does it say satan Reigns in Hell? According to scripture Hell is a punishment for all who are sent there. Even Legion (The mess of demons that possed a man in Mark 5 pleaded with Christ not to send them there, rather to send them into a heard of pigs. (which is what Christ did.) If they reigned there then why did they not want to go there? Because in truth they reign here, through the sins we hold close to our hearts.

Is that a requirement? Where in the bible does it say we must all understand God a certain way? In truth the bible simply tells us to put fourth out best effort and to be faithful to what we have been given. Not that we must reach a certain bar of understanding.
