"Beavis and Butt-Head Do America"

Or the first two-thirds of it, anyway. I'd seen it before and was looking for something for background while doing other things.

I originally put on Saving Private Ryan, but it was too intense for my mood.

Atlas Shrugged part 2. Pretty good but its sort of low budget so some of the effects etc are a little lame.

Last one before that was Frankenweenie. OK I guess but I kind of got bored with it towards the end.

While there's nothing really false to Fitzgerald, per se, (except maybe the inexplicable framing story of Nick writing the novel to cope with his traumas) the style is so hyperactive it's utterly annoying. Not everything has to look like a music video, Baz Luhrman.

I haven't seen the new version yet, but the old version with Robert Redford, Mia Farrow, and Sam Waterston was good.

Personally, I can't even remember the last movie I watched. Since we have two small children, our TV is usually taken over with kid's shows and I don't often get to just sit and watch movies.

That's why some people mention kids movies! Tongue
The very last one on my tv was Zambezia.... but, at first, they wanted to watch Cars 2 for the millionth time.

A Bridge Too Far.

My father took me to see this in the theater, but I was younger than 10. Last night I started watching for nostalgia's sake knowing that bedtime was only a half hour away. Got to bed three hours later. Perhaps my favorite war film now. Certainly top five.

You missed my favorite line then this time around. After Butt-Head gets a body cavity search he appears spent and with a bemused demeanor asks himself "Did I just score?" Cracks me up every time.

I just watched The Avengers for the fist time since I saw it in the movie theater, and I have to say that I liked it much better the second time around. I really like Christopher Nolan's style on comic book movies, and I was hoping for something like that as I went to watch it in the theater. After reading different descriptions of what people thought made the movie really great, I focused on those the second time, and it was kind of like watching it with fresh eyes. Excellent.

Yeah, I laugh every time, too.

That's why I've seen Ratatouille about a thousand times.

Superman Unbound
Different art style, so-so story, great colors.

Justice League: Doom
I love movies where Batman screws up

Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths
Batman vs evil Batman. Italian mobster evil Superman. Awesome.

Yes, I do like cartoons.
