Yes, according to an ancient custom, it is obligatory for the youngest male of the house to murder the guest, and make a drinking cup from his skull. Then the whole house gets together, and drinks the victim's blood from it to honour the sacrifice to Termagant and Mahound.
No wonder the world doesn't trust Muslims, their hospitality sounds too good to be true. I suppose the guest will have to do his 5 prayers a day as well, or else!
