I just find most everyone on the blog-o-sphere and youtube to be douchey regarding this issue, whether the atheism + crowd or the anti-atheism + crowd.

Well, the important thing is that you feel superior to both. Tho' Nature, red in tooth and celt With ravine, shriek'd against his creed Red Celt's Blog
Stealing from XKCD huh. Good thing I dont have a superiority complex, kind of hard to when one has a depressive disorder.

If you consider it a meme, then no its not theft. I havent seen it used much and it doesnt have an entry on meme sites that I use.

A meme is the thought equivalent of a gene. It isn't something that has to be listed on a meme site. Tho' Nature, red in tooth and celt With ravine, shriek'd against his creed Red Celt's Blog
I am aware. I am not going to derail this thread further with the definition of memes. I do not feel superior to either crowd - that was my point.
I just see it as frustrating when a spectator denounces both groups, finding superiority over both of them. When a strong thesis is met by a strong anti-thesis, that isn't necessarily a bad thing. If we all embrace the medicore middle-ground, bad ideas can flourish. The only thing that is gained is the small ego-boost of the nay-sayers of both groups.
Well. Fuck that very much. I'll continue to speak out against the likes of A-plussers. Tho' Nature, red in tooth and celt With ravine, shriek'd against his creed Red Celt's Blog RE: Free(from)ThoughtBlogs

You also forgot I used "most everyone" - people on either side can make a good point. And notice, I specified sites where the people I disagree with usually reside - there's entire populations of people I was not talking about and even exceptions among the people I was talking about. You can speak out all you want. I don't see what the issue is. I guess I've just spent too much time (recently and beyond) watching this on-going soap-opera unfold. And it isn't a pretty thing.
