Well, Mabus himself escalated from spam avalanches to death threats and then stalking. He's only one court order away from making himself Mark Chapman famous. I don't know yet about our guy but as Captain Picard once said, "I have a bad feeling about this".

I'm just curious. You don't get to say things like that to many people before they get you to see a doctor. I mean, he should at least suspect he's crazy. Or maybe he is in an institution, and this is his internet time.

I'm no expert, clearly; but if he really does see himself as some incarnation of a god prophesied in obscure ramblings, with a divine right to pass judgement on people, I would say it's a distinct possibility.
