You?
LIAR! Post your reciept...and I'll post mine!
What is so hard to believe about Chuck donating $150 that you would call him a liar?
It's so bizarre that at first I assumed you were being snarky, but you later posts dig you in deeper.
There's nothing in your religion that requires you to be uncharitable toward people on the internet--that's on you, personally.
By the way, I didn't find the answer to this question, because the information isn't centralized (just as it's not really centralized for the RCC), but I thought the list of charities collecting money for aid to typhoon victims was instructive.

Because you're an idiot. If they have so much money, how come they don't spend it on completely cataloguing the Vatican Secret Archives? Or how about spend it on digitizing the 10's of millions of pages of ancient Christian texts?
The RCC has a huge amount of revenue, that's true, but that's because it's such a huge organization, and just like any other company (and that includes NPO's/churches) the funds have to be accountable, not only that, but there's always a treasury department in some capacity that is separate to the other departments (eg priests and bishops). So priests, bishops and individual churches all have to apply to get funds held by their diocese, and that in turn - as I said - is controlled by ordinary Catholics that would have been voted into holding positions within treasury administration to give them power to administer funds; so you're completely wrong from the onset - the Pope cannot "decide" that he wants to spend $15,000,000 - in order to do that he would literally have to rob individual churches, who (as I've already explained) have control of their own money. Or worse still, yank the money from the billions the RCC spends on other charitable causes "oh well the homeless people in Australia can do without so that we can donate to Philippines".
Go and learn something before you criticise.

The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea.-LINK

He didn't look up cheating because he wanted to stop, he wanted to justify what he was doing and to keep that continuing on." - Nicole Cooke

The Catholic Church gives $ 25,000,000 to CERF the US $50,000,000. The RCC gives half of what a nation like ours does, not bad. There's a request of $25,000,000 from CERF same amount as the RCC gives to CERF, would say this helps CERF to deliver on the request. RCC has sent 20,000 tarp shelter to get people under roof, another 25,000 are on the way and an additional 9000 will be there before the end of Nov. Looks like the RCC saw the immediate need and supplied a portion of it, then there is the matter of millions they will send and probably more than most countries and certainly more than those warm hearted people of China.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Yes, the cold hearted people of China don't even offer to send you to fake heaven in return for screwing you for real in your real ass, and tell you to burn in a fake hell - before you (most people, not GC) are old enough to know hell is fake - if you refuse. What a disgrace.

The Southern Baptist have the third largest relief organization, behind the Red Cross and Salvation Army. The International Missions Board of the Southern Baptist have already released fund to the Phillippines, before the typhoon hit the Phillippines the Southern Baptist had people in place and early plans set for the relief efforts there. They have brought much to the islands and were some of the first there after the typhoon and have assessed the situations and begun actions there. You see the Christian organizations are on the spot and doing work before the Us or any other countries could get there butts out of the chair. You guys can complain about us all you want but the reality of this situation and like disasters, is the Christians are some of the first with all sorts of relief, well planned efforts that do much good. By the way where are the atheist and agnostic organizations at, setting at home watching on TV what the good people in the Christian world are doing in the Phillippines. So help us out and donate, we already have the people on the ground there doing the work, all we ask is support.

The only disgrace here is your own self, if I were an atheist I wouldn't want you associated with any program I had going, period.
