How old are you? I ask because I don't know. If you are still living under their roof, I'd say don't , make waves.
It's only one night. But seriously, if you don't want to go after this tell them it is not your thing and you'd be happy to attend a home party or another family event elsewhere. If they love you it should not bother them. I take my mom to church events sometimes but she knows I won't go in.
My brother when we first met as adults(I am adopted). Took me to a megachurch, since I was nearly 2,000 miles away from home, I couldn't really say no. He stupidly thought somehow magically I'd find god while there. No, all it did was piss me off.
My advice, go this time. But if you are under age wait until you are old enough and tell them you'd be happy to attend other non religious Christmas events.

I'm 22 and I don't live under my parents roof. Just NY grandparents run the church.

IMHO, at 22, and on your own, it's time to live your own life and make your own decisions.
I'd take the "no thanks, church is not my thing route" and that would be that.

I think it is a good idea to just say no, my self control has limits and a church service to a psychotic deity that wants to torture me forever because I don't accept the scapegoat sacrifice he made of his zombie son seems a bit much. Still I may luck as I think it will be canceled as there is a snow storm hitting.

You can look at it a couple of different ways. You can stand up for your beliefs and refuse to go. This may irk the fam -- but at least you wont have to sit through a boring sermon.
You can just go along with it and agree to sit through the boring sermon for one night out of the year. Your family will be happy and the contentious issues can be put on hold for the holiday. Not being a member of your family I can't say which would be worse. You can flip a coin to decide. If you end up going to church -- get high first, it will make it more bearable.
A mind is a terrible thing to waste -- don't pollute it with bullshit.
