Why not? Maybe we should all just understand the word and the context under which is was derived and grow past it. I'm not for using it as a racial slur either, but I don't think the best course of action is to stop everyone from saying it. It's a racial slur that will run it's course over time. We'll have new words to insult each other in the future.
