There is one other possibility. Frodo may have a higher regard for speaking the truth than you do. Saying or writing or copying and pasting what you do not believe on a dare may not be a matter of complete indifference to everyone. (Your comfort in doing so may also be what leads some theists to question how we as atheists are able to maintain any moral center at all.)

Personally I'm more impressed with people who are able to and choose to say what they actually mean.

P_S, presupposing a belief in God, of course fear is there. The bible demands that you fear god. This dare is sort of adolescent in nature. It's like daring an openly gay guy to prove he's not gay.
