Actually, the appendix is used. So the idea that we are "improperly made" is another fallacious argument atheists use. Please read about it before posting.

You made the claim: Support it with evidence. You're not even clear on the term "Atheist," please read about it before Poeing off in threads.

While using the appendix as an example of unintelligent design is incorrect, which I have pointed out before on this forum, there are plenty of others.

One that plagues huge numbers of humans is lower back pain from our upright walking.

The best position that a human can get into in order to relieve lower back pain is on your hands and knees, all fours so to speak. This shows how our back is a relic and a badly modified adaptation from an animal that recently evolved from walking on all four limbs to balancing on our hind legs.

A large tail with a forward slanting stance would help correct this very poor design considerably. Like a T-Rex.

Poe off some more.

Why do humans have a tailbone? Darwin's Tubercle? Wisdom Teeth?

Here's a more exhaustive list:

Why do whales have vestigial skeletal hind legs? Snakes?

Were they designed-in too?

Another wonderfully pisspoor design of the human body is that we are the only mammal that can not swallow and breathe at the same time. This is due to our voiceboxes which sit much lower than other mammals. It was an ad-hoc evolutionary trade off between being able to develop speech but unfortunately have the tendency to choke to death.

Other animals have no problem swallowing and breathing simultaneously.

All higher lifeforms are in a constant state of evolution. Consequently none of them are in their final forms. If humans continue to exist they will look vastly different in another 500,000 to one million years. Maybe by that time seals will be completely ocean-dwelling animals.

That's a dang good thing (swallow and breathe at the same time) because it's bad manners to speak with a mouth full of food.
