Let me get this straight, you have accomplished something that tens of thousands if not more persons through the centuries tried to do unsuccessfully, disprove Christ. Wow, that's truly amazing.

I was employing an ancient and powerful form of word magic called "sarcasm." Actually, I have no desire to disprove Christ's anything, since in order for a rebuttal to even be necessary, you would need to prove that Christ even existed, something that you can't really do. I don't need to start rebutting until you guys provide something to rebut.

However, since Snowy's argument was just telling me what I believe, which is literally the rudest argument I can think of, he gets the sarcasm. You don't get to just rob us of our voice by asserting what we do or don't believe, that's just arrogant and awful.

How do you disprove something that shows no sign of ever having existed in the first place?

This is information I think we could all benefit from knowing.

Jesus's life and message carries on strongly even today.

Rev, please come to the table with something more substantial than proselytising assertions or run the risk of violating General Forum Rule #1.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Yep. Must be why the number of christains in the world has always been less than one-third of the population and is eroding even further, especially now since the internet makes it so easy to find and share information. Carry on, indeed.

Weird. When I first read your post, Thackerie, I thought you'd said:

"He must be a post by numbers christian", like the old paint-by-numbers kits. Kind of works either way.

His existence has basically been disproven by the precise fact that his existence can no more be proven than that of Santa Clause or the Easter Bunny.
Once a rational individual understands the absurdity of believing in the existence of something that cannot be proven to exist past the magical stages of childhood, it becomes easy to understand, through a the process of employing logic, how silly it is to believe in a deity.
you know how the composer loves to lecture about 'God of the Gap, and special pleading'? well this a philosophical fallacy category mistake. sorry, but someone had to tell you.
