First of all, I feel compelled to ask you to stop trying to sound smarter than you are by making up words. 'Assertation' it not a word.
You simply stating a claim is not evidence. You don't get to make up your own definitions of words and then make us all sign on to that alternate reality. That bullshit will not fly here.
Assertions are claims, evidence backs up those claims. You have the former. Now let's see the latter, huh? Or do you have none, and are just blindly sticking to your guns?
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

If you have a problem with infinite regression, starting with the universe resolves it just as well. Gross events (but not some quantum events) within our universe must have a cause, it does not follow that the universe itself requires a cause, any more than a wall being made of indestructible bricks means that the wall is indestructible.

The Iliad is just as historical. Troy really existed, the Trojan War really happened, etc. Do you think that if follows from some parts being historically true that the supernatural parts are true as well? If it does not follow, then it also does not follow for the Bible.

Does that make it wrong? Something being repeated doesn't make it more or less true.
Well its just " so Christian of atheist" to respond like that; a blanket constant response to literally everything thrown at you; I tell you its the exact same tactic that Christians use, no matter what I say, they claim its from the devil and not true.
Its just a giant blank; total disconnection; no common ground.

Okay, so what part of this site can I go to, to make baseless assertations?

If everyone responds to what your "arguments" the same way, what does that tell you?

That it's a 'who' instead of a 'what' is your burden of proof for which to show evidence.

And saying inane things like "Creation requires a creator" without showing how or why that has to be true, and expecting all of us to buy it just because you said it is any more connected? You are a total hypocrite. You want us all to play by a set of rules that you yourself are not held to?

Facts are facts; period!! Its a fact that simon the cyrenian carried jesus cross, archaeologist found simons bone box, we got the mans bones. Fact. Its a fact that the high preist Caiaphas slapped jesus on the face, we got that jokers bones as well. jesus was baptized on a hill called Golgotha, we got that hill, he was baptized in the river Jordan, its still there! Jesus had two female friends, mary and Martha, archaeologist have found their house. All that is in the bible. And hundreds of finds like that.
