have already posted that the genesis flood lasted a mere 1 year and 10 days which is not enough time for deposits to be positively identified after some 40,000 years. the 1993 Mississippi and Missouri floods after a few decades, which in some areas covered 100 miles, have virtually left no flood deposits.
Probably has something to do with not being flooded by 250-300 feet of water, as your proposal for your regional flood was. Of course, the other explanation is that you're full of shit and that relatively minor flood(1993)-compared to your own- left massive deposits everywhere. Still looking for excuses? I'm sorry, 40k years, again? a 40k year old wooden supertanker, again?

it was a universal flood in respect to humanity, not physical location. the bipedal primates originating out-of-Africa, Europe, Asia are not included since they weren't capable of moral derogations.

"We" (modern humans) didn't originate 40k years ago, and "we" had already spread out beyond africa by then. BTW, what did "Noah" use to make his barge? His hand chipper? You're talking about the upper paleolithic. This is idiocy. It's just as bad as your impossible flood. Please, though....continue.......it brightens my day.

Humans only originated out of Africa, they spread to europe and asia. Tell me, what time frames are you talking about here? When did the food happen? How long do you think it took for humans to spread from africa?

There's so much hoc being added to this thread that there's a real danger of alcohol poisoning. I really hope nobody's driving.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Abiogenesis is impossible... but apparently the flood myth in Genesis isn't. Go figure.

So basically, it was a "universal flood,"- I think you mean worldwide, there- just so long as you define that to not mean the world or the universe, but rather the world as it pertains to human beings (bit inexcusably anthropocentric, don't you think?), oh, but only if you define human beings as that set of humans that were around the location of the flood.

Are you... are you fucking kidding me? How many more caveats do you need, the footnotes are longer than the goddamn claim!

Not to mention, circular logic is still circular even if you add another step in: the flood was worldwide if you define the world as that part of it where humans were, and it was worldwide to humans so long as you define humans as only those that were around where the flood was, which was worldwide if you're defining the world in terms of the humans within it, but you have to only count...

Fuck off with that. Not only is your argument completely circular, it also asks us to accept definitions that are the opposite of what the words mean, and why? Just because it's convenient to your argument?

You're gonna have to do better than that. Dodgy
