There is a difference, we should help car crash victims because they didn't know they were going to crash. On the other hand abortion is not accidentally, the person knew they were going to have it the agreed to it.

Secondly, there are other reasons for unwanted pregnancy beside rape. These 'millions' of people who have abortions, are not getting them because they want to kill a child.
