How can limited crap be more valuable than infinite crap
Heaven is the 'city' in which God lives.. I'm sure their will be one hell of a party there at some point, but we technically won't live there.
The bible say after the second comming God will replace heaven and earth. Think about it eternal existence, infinite space in the universe... Countless galaxies to explore on some sort of trek through the stars... (October 28, 2014 at 6:46 am)Drich Wrote: Heaven is the 'city' in which God lives.. Ps. I already said this to one other poster today. You might want to put a trigger warning on posts like this. I'm worried that Vosur might need therapy after this many spelling and grammar mistakes :p (October 28, 2014 at 6:49 am)Aoi Magi Wrote:(October 28, 2014 at 6:46 am)Drich Wrote: Heaven is the 'city' in which God lives.. Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method. (October 28, 2014 at 7:25 am)Chas Wrote:What part? Revelation 21 That the universe is infinite -science. That we will be raise to live forever, that is pretty much the theme of christianity. The 'Some sort of Star Trek' quote -zeffram Cochran. I am just taking what is and explaining it in such a way so the non dr's Of theology can get an idea of what is being described in the texts. Apart from the traditional bespin/ESB (city in the clouds) pov.

Even if you subscribe to the Big Bang and subscribe to the expansion and eventual contraction of the debris from the Big Bang, space still continues to exist beyond that last fragment of the debris from the big bang. There is nothing that says that matter ceases to exist beyond that last fragment, or there is a wall where our reality ends. therefore the universe or its potential is indeed infinite. |
