RE: serious question
Heaven is the 'city' in which God lives.. I'm sure their will be one hell of a party there at some point, but we technically won't live there.

The bible say after the second comming God will replace heaven and earth. Think about it eternal existence, infinite space in the universe... Countless galaxies to explore on some sort of trek through the stars...

Think about doing the same thing over and over for eternity.

Ps. I already said this to one other poster today. You might want to put a trigger warning on posts like this. I'm worried that Vosur might need therapy after this many spelling and grammar mistakes :p

Think about an infinite universe that holds infinite wonders and possiablties, think about having the option to never having to do or visit the same place twice if you don't want to...

You do like to make shit up, don't you.
Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

What part? That we won't live in heaven that it is God's holy city?
Revelation 22

That we are assigned to live on a new earth? Revelation 21

That the universe is infinite -science.Wink

That we will be raise to live forever, that is pretty much the theme of christianity.

The 'Some sort of Star Trek' quote -zeffram Cochran.

RE: serious question
I am just taking what is and explaining it in such a way so the non dr's Of theology can get an idea of what is being described in the texts. Apart from the traditional bespin/ESB (city in the clouds) pov.

Science says no such thing.

It just depends on which brand of science you subscribe to.

Even if you subscribe to the Big Bang and subscribe to the expansion and eventual contraction of the debris from the Big Bang, space still continues to exist beyond that last fragment of the debris from the big bang. There is nothing that says that matter ceases to exist beyond that last fragment, or there is a wall where our reality ends. therefore the universe or its potential is indeed infinite.
