Again, I don't think you get to decide the metrics of my marriage Alpha.
You've been describing differences between us that is not, despite your jokepost, an issue of definition.
-You feel a compulsion that I don't.
-You have suspicions about yourself that I don't.
-You employ (and advocate for) a strategy that I don't (I see no value...I'm not sure how it's supposed to work - and you've failed to explain how it works after failing to demonstrate that it's even a factor when directly called to do so pages ago).
Now that you've convinced me that you're a cardboard cutout of a man I just have to understand how you ended up that way.

Oh, I dunno, it seems to me that's a matter between Mr. and Mrs. Rhythm.
Although we aren't married, I doubt you'd approve of what Kitty and I consider to be fidelity and infidelity, either. We're both clear on what the agreement between us entails, and are faithful to it - and that's what matters *and all that matters* in this regard.

You really can't accept that your own ticks aren't relevant to me or to our gender as a whole, can you?
You're not going to demonstrate that your assertions are accurate. If you were, you would have done so by now. You're not going to explain how anyone (even yourself) could possibly avoid temptation (whatever that is for them) in any meaningful way, or you would have done so by now.
You aren't even willing to own the comments you've made about yourself.

Alpha, I understand your point of view, and appreciate it is what you feel is right for your relationship. I have no qualms with it. I also have no qualms about what other couples see fit in their relationships, as long as both parties are equally happy. Unconventional relationships are not "wrong", they are just different from what is right for you. I bolded the above because I feel you are setting everyone's bar by what YOUR bar is. Everyone's bar is different. Just my two cents. I don't agree with the agreements all couples have in their relationships, but I respect them enough to make their own choices. I respect yours, as an individual. I respect mine because we are both equally happy. I don't know about others, and honestly it is none of my business. I don't judge.

I have done so. You pretend that I haven't. Men can avoid sexual temptation by avoiding strip clubs. Problem drinkers can avoid bars. Dieters can refrain from keeping junk food in the house. Problem gamblers can avoid casinos, or self-ban themselves in some states. This is simple, common-sense stuff. It's amusing to see some of you fight it.
