I shit you not.

She was verbally eviscerated by atheists and theists alike for that one. Dumbest thing I've ever heard.

This, you mean?

I'm not surprised she got crucified.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

FacepalmBack in 2004, when I was a firefighter/EMT, I responded to the home of a dear old lady. In the course of conversation, she dropped this chestnut: "I don't know about these wars now-a-days, Christians fighting Muslims and such, why can't it be like old times when Christians killed Christians." Facepalm
“Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?”

Ha! I didn't even know that was a fairly well-known hoax. It's just so dumb on the surface of it, I'm surprised anyone would fall for it.

Oh theists... you so crazy!

A conversation with my own mother:

Me: "I do not believe in god or anything supernatural"

Mother: "So you speak to the devil?"

. . . *facepalm*
