When you said this.

Everything in this world is testable because it is made of matter.

Your hypothesis was nulled from this ^

so god does not exist because god would need to be some sort of matter. So god cannot be tested to exist because we don't know what god is made of nor know if he is made up of matter.

I'm sorry I don't get it
You said, "What you think is real is just electrical signals interpreted by your brain".

Then you said, "Everything in this world is testable because it is made of matter.".

How can it be 'testable' if it is not 'real'. The test results would not be any more real or unreal than anything else.
You make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it, just like god.

God has no place within these walls, just as facts have no place within organized religion.

Science is like a blabbermouth who ruins a movie by telling you how it ends. There are some things we don't want to know. Important things.

"Matter" is something we have experience with, observations of. Those observations may be "just" signals in the brain, and those signals may be in error...but since empiricism explicitly refers to observation, and not the accuracy of any particular observation.....pointing out the nature of those observations or the limitations thereof is hardly a refutation of the empiricists position.

Even if it were "just" brain waves...we'd still be testing something, and "just" brain waves does not equal "not real". If we're wrong about the details of something...that doesn't mean that whatever we were observing or experiencing has simply poofed out of existence.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

RE: Can you make a God claim?
I was discussing with my friend what a bargain basement definition of "real" would be, within a given reality framework assumed to be itself real. I said that something is real if it is available to be experienced by any observer in that reality. If only a subset can experience it, it's most likely not "real" but a failure of their senses. That could change if we ever did find observer dependent reality.
