If we sent -rapists- to Mars, we might expect a rape. If we sent -sex crazed people- to Mars, we might expect people to have sex. That's one of the interesting tidbits about every space program's claim, btw. None of them will admit to even the slightest possibility that any sex has ever occurred on any mission, they won;t even accept the possibility of a selfie in orbit - not even for research purposes (there's alot of normal human stuff that they claim has never happened in space - period). I find the claim to be dubious, but I suppose that it's at least marginally believable. Sex would be a career killer for an astronaut, from a PR standpoint alone....and those folks are nothing if not immensely career-driven.
That said, Jan Davis and Mark Lee were a married couple who went up together on STS-47, they've been asked, and they declined to comment. The shuttle probably isn't the best place for hanky panky, of course...but the ISS is a different story, and people have spent long stretches up there. At least one recommendation of regular masturbation was made to astronauts (Skylab) - but by all accounts, they ignored that advice, however prudent or imprudent it may have been. Now, had I been in orbit, with my wife....you'd best believe we'd see what sort of kinky shit we could get into in a weightless environment (most of which I think would be more frustrating than fulfilling).
So....either it's never happened (unlikely), or, if it has...it just isn't that big of a deal(that's where I'd put my money)- and no one's talking. We're already up there "studying space and time" without sex getting in the way. No pod people required (though, granted...pod people immediately brings to mind pod sex, so there's always that - is that bestiality pron, in a twisted sort of way, maybe?)
