Spooky, are you confident that many theists will see the reference to atheism? I would think most Americans who don't frequent atheist sites would assume the 'A' stands for 'American' or 'anarchist' and that the message is pro-gun rights.
"Faith is a state of openness or trust. To have faith is like when you trust yourself to the water. You don't grab hold of the water when you swim, because if you do you will become stiff and tight in the water, and sink. You have to relax, and the attitude of faith is the very opposite of clinging, and holding on. In other words, a person who is fanatic in matters of religion, and clings to certain ideas about the nature of God and the universe becomes a person who has no faith at all. Instead they are holding tight. But the attitude of faith is to let go, and become open to truth, whatever it might turn out to be."

Remember, guns don't kill people. Dangerous non-beliefs like atheism kill people. It kills their SOUL!

I never had interest in buying atheist clothing, writing atheist books or signing up for atheist organizations. If atheism is just a lack of belief in god, there's no need for any of that.

The listed meaning for this one is apparently "Militant Atheist".
Part of me wonders if I just wasted 23$, considering I live in Nebraska. Nothing like the "Conservative Midwest". I'll have to leave this one at home when I collect job applications.
Is this trouble waiting to happen? Do you wear something similar, or more subtle?
The wife doesn't seem to mind and may yet order her own.
wow, now we getting a uniform. Robes if you will. Are you sure this is atheism?

I don't wear atheist clothing. My clothing wears an atheist.

I'm confident most wont know what it means. However, depending on the situation, I would tell somebody if they asked what it meant.

I don't feel a need for an atheist tee anymore, but I'm a fan of both Sagan and NDT, even though neither were/are self-described atheists. I would love a Sagan head tee or a an NDT Pizza "done in seven seconds (or some such thing)" tee.

I've never had the urge to wear an atheist shirt, but I'm growing more open to the idea.
I tend to go more for music shirts or stuff like this that shows off my nerdiness...

The closest thing I ever wear to atheist clothes is death metal band shirts

I wear a lot of traditional block lettered college tees. Is there an atheist college or uni somewhere? The Catholics sure have a lot!
