This is going to sound callous as shit but I lost 2 dogs to cancer. I would say let him die peacefully. Iirc Boston terriers often don't live long past 9 years. On top of that the stage its at the treatment likely won't work and is extremely expensive.

He did die peacefully, a few months ago, I worked 2 jobs to keep him alive as long as I could. Thank you for the sincere comment.
