I don't think it's such a big deal. There are even times I wonder if there's much reason to keep living any longer, but I can always think of something worth it. I'd be more concerned with how I die, than dying itsself. eternal life isn't very appealing to me. It could be fun after a century or to. Do everything I want to do.
Except that eventually I will have done everything that anyone could ever think of doing, more times than I can count. after that I'd want to opt out of existence.

Well, I just think of how it is basically the same as before we were born. We didn't know we didn't exist, much as when we die, we won't know that we are dead. We will just cease to exist. Even if there was a heaven, I think I would rather chose the other option. Hell seems slightly more pleasing than sitting through an eternal sermon.

How to get over death well when we die we never truly are gone our brain well the electrical impulses simply scatter away.
That being said we don't go to a heaven or a hell we go back to were we came from the universe if you will.
