For the first time since I have become a atheist I truly wish there was a hell for human pieces of shit like that. Beheading a 81 year old man and destroying a piece of our history we will never see agian. I seriously want to see the leaders of isis hung by their balls.

OK, notice how when the Rebel flag was taken down off SC government property it was not destroyed?

I would love for the Vatican to die as an institution, but to focus only on my former religion misses the point. I still would not burn it down, even if humans grew out of it, or it morphed into something unrecognizable in the future.

I think what the Ancient Egyptians believed was just as false. And of course the Greek and Roman gods were just as false.

You keep these things arround, not because gods are real, you keep them arrond because, good or bad, it is history.

Atheists I call sane, are with our liberal theist counterparts in Condemning the fucks for, most importantly killing ancacedemic, but for destroying human history.

This is what religious fundamentalism does. All an archaeologist does is find ancient sites and study them. If what they study doesn't go along with your holy book, it's not their fault. Destroying ancient artifacts doesn't make your book more right. It's not just ISIS either. it's all religious extremists.

 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
