Holy crap, if someone wants to argue some nuts will slip through, no shit! I am not willing to punish everyone with presumption of guilt. I want the likes of that teen who made the clock. I want the likes of Malala, and former Muslims like Ayaan Hersi Ali.
Religion, all three, already do a great job selling xenophobia. Not liking how religion divides humans, or it's fantastic claims, or attacks on science does not give anyone a justification to always be paranoid and always assume the worst.

Just making a suggestion. You deserve a better life don't you? Your neighbors won't mind will they?
My life is good and I'm thankful that I have a roof above my head. Besides, it doesn't even compare to what syrian refugees have to go through.

I think the situation is pretty complicated, and there are many factors that needs to be considered, political and whatnot, but one can't really blame the decision makers who doesn't let the refugees in here. I'm sure if the situation was really much simpler than how it is, they would happily let everyone in.

I've taken in a homeless vet. I find food and shelter suffices.

Dude, KUSA is clairvoyant and knows you're lying. And it seems you are equally clairvoyant.

You know for a fact? You don't know me at all then. I'm one of those people that have the means and will to do it.
How old are you by the way?
How dare he claim to know something about you that he couldn't possibly know!

People are people. I wonder if the same discussion would be happening here if these people were all atheists trying to flee from Islamist war zones.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
