Oh, and if you're going to try to denigrate me by using words like "babe", you can call me by a title I've earned.  That would be "Dr".

This thread is a typical example of atheism.

In fact I would call it atheism at its finest.

Failure to admit the facts,
failure to take them seriously,
flames,
ad homes.

etc. You only make it look that much better though beccs! Big Grin

No facts have been presented, only claims.
If the claims are worthy of taking seriously, they will be
I've seen the flaming going back and forth, in pretty much equal measure

Because this is proof that person has no clue what a "christians humility" is all about.

That's not what I meant by 'Christian humility'. I just meant don't be so arrogant that you consider trying to actually explain logical reasons for believing in god to someone as "stooping". Not being able to "stoop" to explain something to someone you deem inferior is reminiscent of the 'deadly sin' pride, for which (according to some) Satan was banished. Are you prideful in this way? If not, why won't you "stoop" to show this alleged proof you have that will convert us atheists? Is it because you are still convinced that we have 'chosen' to not believe (and hence that evidence will have no effect on this 'choice')?

Darkstar, I hate to break this to you, but as of yet in this thread all we have witnessed is the disbelief in God.
I hope that answers your question,
JK

Actually, that doesn't answer my question at all...

Oh, okay. I'm still not sure what you meant in that post, though.

The better question for atheists is this: do you hope you're right?

I don't have to hope.
