When I, as an atheist, state that God exists, my statement is dishonest, and God does not approve of dishonesty.
When I, as an atheist, tell you that God exists, am I committing a sinful action? If so, why? If not, why not? How can an atheist sin if there is no God. Is an atheist capable of sin?

If there is no god then sin does not exist.

Sin doesn't exist, but you know this already.

If it could be proven beyond doubt that God exists...
and that He is the one spoken of in the Bible...
would you repent of your sins and place your faith in Jesus Christ?

No, I'm asking if God would consider it a sin to acknowledge the existence of God disingenuously. Or perhaps, if one were to preach the truth of the gospel while not actually believing it, would it be a sin? Would the people who listened be complicit in that sin? If you managed to convert people, would those people be complicit in sin? How does it work?

Yes because you are being dishonest.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Your neither. Your an attention hound looking to prove to the world your a unique 'philosopher' snowflake that is an impossible riddle, wrapped up in an enigma that no one has the keys to unless you let them in.
Because otherwise, if you were like everyone else you would be defined by your actions in so far as how they relate to the words Atheist and Theist. Believe in God=Theist Don't believe in God=Atheist, and that would be the end of the Ape snowflake.
Why? because these words transcend our ablity to award these titles to ourselves/these words are not with in our ablity to self identify with them (much like the term Christian/we can not award ourselves that title) It is what you believe that identifies you as atheist or Theist. Not what you claim to be.. that is unless you believe yourself to be a enigma snowflake.
