"I've heard it both ways, The right way, and yours..."
-Shawn Spencer

Shaw says this often times when he uses a word the wrong way, or uses the wrong word to describe something.

Sorry if you didn't get it/Sorry you don't get a lot of my hidden jokes, but I guess that's what happens when one gets older

Maybe it's your choice of pop culture reference, given that I don't share your culture. Or that you didn't complete the reference enough for it to be recognisable. Maybe it's just that you're an unfunny git, or a combination of all three. Personally, I would have gone for:

Quote:"When I use a word," Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean - neither more nor less."

"The question is," said Alice, "whether you can make words mean so many different things."

"The question is," said Humpty Dumpty, "which is to be master - that's all."

but maybe I read more books than you.

yeah, you got me there stimbo You probably "read" Humpty dumpty and Alice a lot more than I ever have.. good for you Clap

So your point is???

To put it bluntly

jesus says to follow the OT,  meaning there shouldn't be christians but jewish people who acknowledge that there is a savior
and accepted him that's pretty much it.

No he did not.

-He said the Law will not ever go away.
it hasn't. the Law identifies sin and provides for atonement. We in Christianity have the identification of sin and we have atonement.

-He was here to complete the law
He did. He made the law impossible to follow as a means to being right before God when He made the law include thought of sin.
He provided renewing atonement that the blood of animals could not.

-He said the law could not be changed until He died.
It wasn't.

just go here..  http://bfy.tw/37Re because no one is going to bother listing out every contradiction there is.

As much as I LOL'd at dyresand's great suggestion . . .  Clap  Here is a very serious answer.  Bibviz.com    The best Bible analysis site ever built.  (IMHO)  It does list every contradiction found to date, and much more.

Id est: anything but the bible; classic literature; and CS Lewis, to boot. One of your lot's champions.

Edit: Whoops; I meant Lewis Carroll, of course. I got my Lewises in a twist.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

It's not about hearing a spelling difference old sport, it's about using a word "the right way" verses "your way." (It call ironic humor.. uhh look it up)

No, your quote begins "I've heard it both ways". Why don't you just accept you fucked it up?

The Bible obviously has heaps of blatant contradictions because it's a collection of books written by different authors over the millennia, and they didn't exactly share the same views on everything. Some people will be in denial about this, the same people who need the Bible to be true and coherent, that is.

For the same reason he can't accept that he is fucked up.  The voices in his head tell him otherwise.

ver·sus
ˈvərsəs,ˈvərsəz/
preposition

  1. against (especially in sports and legal use).
    "Penn versus Princeton"
    synonyms:
    againstfacing, confronting, v.vs.More

    • as opposed to; in contrast to.
"weighing the pros and cons of organic versus inorganic produce"
      synonyms:
      againstfacing, confronting, v.vs.More

It's from a dictionary.  Drippy doodle DESPERATELY needs one.

Stop adding to Jesus' words. How about you not speak for someone who's been long dead, way before you and your great grandparents were ever born?

What pop culture reference?  I call bullshit.  You simply didn't know the difference between summery and summary.
