It would be kinda sad. Everybody thinking the same about a subject.
The human race will always produce people who don't think the same way, so neither atheism nor religion will ever completly die out I guess.

I highly doubt religion will ever be a thing of the past. I'd actually argue that it definitely won't be.
There will always be people who believe in a supernatural supreme being. It seems to be pretty intrinsic to human nature to believe in something like that.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

I think Christianity, Islam, and Judaism will eventually start to die out. It wont' be during our lifetimes. But eventually more evidence will be discovered that these religions are nothing more than myths. And when they start to die, new religions will try to raise, but I think it'll be much harder for them. I think once it's commonly accepted that the major religions are nothing more than lies told to kids to get them to behave (much like Santa Clause), people will raise their level of skepticism toward any new claims. A few will still feel comforted by lies and half-truths. But most people will start to question their concept of personal revelation. I think we saw that in a thread I posted earlier this year about "What if you discovered Jesus never existed" Few if any said they'd outright convert to another religion.

religion won't go away completely but in the first world religion will surely die off then in the
third world religion will die off slowly but surely. Eventually religion will be become a uncommon
or well just the minority.
Atheism is a non-prophet organization join today.

Religions will never die out because they serve the purposes of governments. They indoctrinate people to believe and obey without exception. If people ever got away from that and actually made up their own minds there would be anarchy. No one would go off to fight in wars because people would realize that they won't personally benefit by getting killed and wounded because some dummy told them to go over the hill and kill the people in the next town. Besides, religions encourage bigotry by convincing dummies that they are better than the idiots who are not in their cult (either religious, political, racial, or geographical). That directly benefits the wealthy and political class.
