Isn't that the whole point? Some people get off on watching others being humiliated, debased, etc. It may just be an act with the porn, but it's still for the purpose of being degraded. I'm not judging anyone.

I just feel like showing off my porn knowledge here. From what I understand bukkake was actually created because of the laws in Japan which meant erect penises had to be censored. So the film makers got creative and decided to make a video where the main focus was on the ejaculation rather than the actual penis.
There are some stories that I think are myths I've also heard where women had to endure this as some sort of punishment for adultery although I can't really see that happening.
