Wyrd, I know this is probably too much to ask, but did you actually consider how Trump would make Mexicans pay for a wall? Waging war on Mexico is probably something he would do. Not saying I support him, just saying it sounds like something he'd do. It's not like any other countries would try stop the US anyway.

We've had a couple of shooting wars with Mexico and won all of them. Do you really think the Mexicans  want another one?   There are numerous ways Mexico can pay for the wall and they will kiss our ass while they do it, if we insist.  Some people don't want them to pay for the wall.  They want more illegals, not fewer.  

Personally I'm for reciprocity.  If Mexicans want to come here then Americans should be able to go to Mexico and and do the things in Mexico that illegal Mexicans do here.   If the Mexicans won't allow us to do those things then we shouldn't allow illegal Mexicans to do them here.  That would be my position.  So if they said "no" then I would expel all Mexicans from the US.
