Yep, back when it mooned Moses and even had trouble finding the only two humans in the Universe because they were standing behind a tree in the limited space of a garden.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

I'm still wondering who could have been crazy enough to let you out of your cage. It's a long way from what you suggest.
GC
You might not like the obvious, but if you think people don't do atrocities and many other actions based on the delusion that they are doing "Gods" work, then you need to be in a cage with padded walls
If you think it was no coincidence that people died over your church, then I can only assume you think "God" did it? Or do you have another culprit?
The Bible has many examples where people are deluded enough to kill because they think it is what "God" wants , a small step from letting "God" do his own dirty work

Especially when there are plenty of people out there who have committed extreme atrocities, yet remain alive and maybe even unpunished.
By making such claims, Godschild, it calls your God into question (in my mind); or your understanding of events that unfold and the correctness of your assignment to your God of such extremist acts.
It also calls to mind the lack of responsibility of those governing activities, and their abilities to select appropriate people to accomplish their tasks, and their culpability in events that occurred.
So, I am just asking questions to make sense of your claims and what exactly could those who suffered have done that was so egregious?
Yes there are those who have committed atrocities that we would consider worse, but then it's not up to us to decide who commits the worst atrocities against God's holy work, that belongs to Him. When people interfere in God's work to bring salvation to those He will lead to salvation that is an egregious act that God want let alone. Yes I could give you all the details of what they did but, you wouldn't think they were awful enough to warrant such punishment. I've been here to long and read to much to believe otherwise. So you'll just have to accept what I've said as the truth or not and decide things for yourself. I've not given you a reason to believe me a liar and I hope you will take that into account.

I am not calling you a liar, just questioning (or challenging, if you prefer) your perception. After all, people claim many things. Such as alien abduction, for instance.

I'm pretty sure that people get sick and die with regularity. Especially the demographic of churchgoers..all getting long in the tooth. Similarly, cheating spouses are common among the faithful. This is just your average day on earth. You, however, would like to spin a narrative for us in which a limp wristed god punishes people, in this way, over a pile of sticks?
You seem to be fairly smart so explain why it only happened to the ones that caused trouble before anyone else, and why did most of those who did not die repent to the church. I'm not a liar, you can stick that notion where the sun doesn't shine.

By "it" I assume you mean sickness or death or wives that appreciate a nice tool belt...which are each so trivial and common to human life that they hardly require explanation, I think, and we can only mean this hypothetically..... since "it" never happened to begin with. Are you honestly asking me to explain the birds and the bees and death to you?

OFC you are, but I don't hold it against you the way that some might, so relax.

Erm, okay. Well he's slacking off, whatever time he's working in. He used to drop fools for looking at him sideways. Now he's letting pinkos like me run amok.
By the way, was that a very thinly veiled threat delivered on behalf of your spiteful master?
My Master is loving not spiteful and I'm not sure what threat you are referring too.
For those who do not believe He may wait until your death and you're face to face with Him. Those who believe He rebukes because of the love He has for us, it's one way we know He's active in our lives, even though the experience can be unpleasant.

Then "God" is not relatable on a human level.
He most certainly is with me and those Christians I know.

God is not real. The fact that atheists would entertain his realness in any way is absurd.
The devil is not real either.
They are both concepts of primitive thinking. Unfortunately, theists have not escaped primitive thinking, because they still believe in the delusion.
It makes sense, therefore, that theists have problems with modern ways of thinking.
