God wasn't, isn't and never will be restrained by time. Those are only a few stories about a few people when there were millions upon the earth. He actually waited for many years before punishing the Israelites.

I love how apologetics works, in such a retarded manner.

We're really lucky to have people here to tell us all the details about how God works.

It's a shame those details are different depending on who tells us. Why would that be, I wonder? Is there a God for each person?

RE: Lucifer
Didn't you know, Rob, there is a different interpretation for God for every denomination of the Christian religion?

You might not like the obvious, but if you think people don't do atrocities and many other actions based on the delusion that they are doing "Gods" work, then you need to be in a cage with padded walls

If you think it was no coincidence that people died over your church, then I can only assume you think "God" did it? Or do you have another culprit?

The Bible has many examples where people are deluded enough to kill because they think it is what "God" wants , a small step from letting "God" do his own dirty work  Dodgy

Your post shows you have, nada, none, no understanding of the Bible.

And for each person within that denomination too. God never stays the same from one second to the next. His word salad powers and specific bugbears are constantly morphing.

Yet he's so all powerful we must be struck by lightning for not believing.

When people interfere in God's work to bring salvation to those He will lead to salvation that is an egregious act that God want let alone. Yes I could give you all the details of what they did but, you wouldn't think they were awful enough to warrant such punishment. I've been here to long and read to much  to believe otherwise. So you'll just have to accept what I've said as the truth or not and decide things for yourself. I've not given you a reason to believe me a liar and I hope you will take that into account.

GC

I am not calling you a liar, just questioning (or challenging, if you prefer) your perception. After all, people claim many things. Such as alien abduction, for instance.
I was there, I saw it all unfold and for those who were punished it wasn't pleasant, they themselves admitted they were wrong, but only after the punishment came. This is not my story it's a churches story.

And not spiteful at all. If someone was interfering with me building a house I'd totally kill them a few years later.

I am daily punished. It does not mean I resort to fiction to relieve something that only acceptance of reality can fulfill.
