Please understand that not even half of the results are even relevant to the topic of someone rushing to another's aid and being stabbed. Of those that are relevant: the same things noted on page one are repeated on pages 11 and 20. That is: the searches do not filter for redundancy.

Bah, why waste time with a weed whacker like that? With crime: go pro or go home. Get a real sword Tongue

I am also admittedly a fisherwoman that has plenty often stood waist deep in a tote full of bloody fish-gurry salt-icewater brine trying to find a fish in the bottom so that I can put it into another tote full of bloody gurry ice-saltwater brine and otherwise engage in extremely dirty and sometimes particularly dangerous work.

Infact, I have been known to scare the people I work with by the reckless methods by which I get the job done. I can pull line, and I've no qualm with using the leverage gained from being on the gunnel. Where I falter is where I cannot use a (often somewhat dangerous) method to overcome the raw brute power I happen to lack.

All that time doing battle with digital opponents leaves me quite apathetic, reckless, and creative. I'd say it's a strength Smile

yeah, if I ever visit Alaska .... you know, like in the unlikely event of a zombie takeover or something (cause thats the only way in holy hell I'd ever go to Alaska) ... I'll swing on in there and you can sell me a car. Meanwhile, call real law enforcement in the event of a knife wielding maniac - alright you nutcase?Tongue

If you recall, I am chaotic neutral (good)... the very last thing I would ever do is go to a law-giving body to help me with something that is *my* problem. More likely that I am the knife wielding maniac... incase I could finally crack (i can think of a good few ways to do that, most of them involve me being unable to be myself). At the least, that would cause me such spite with the world that I might just forego knives and tear it apart with my bare hands. Smile

You also don't need to visit alaska... i'm headed for continental in a few months. I hate cities though... so many people... so much unknown danger.

The point of a machete is to hack away at something, wether it be jungle vegitation or a human neck. Devil

Hence you don't even need to be strong: just be able to close a gap and put someone in a hold that is unconcerned with how strong they are. Intercepting from behind is ideal for one's health... but this *will* end up on the ground. Triangle choke, cradle, what have you: it *really* does not matter how strong a crazy person is: they are not lucid. So yes... it is really quite easy to neutralize crazy with a knife.

You obviously have zero experience with out of control crazy people, I used to work in a hospital with a psychiatric unit. every so often one would go bat shit crazy. Once one of them took apart a small car with his bare hands tearing off the doors and ripping the seats out.

There's a good reason normal people don't have access to that strength
