Also, we just got 8 chickens, which have just started laying eggs. We have so damn many eggs.

Lunch = 1 hot dog, cut in a half and shared between two (sm) slices of David's Killer Seeded, each prepped with Grey Poupon mustard, a Clausen's Bread & Butter pickle slice, some onion and half a slice of pepper jack.

Washed down with a Canada Dry diet ginger ale.

Made a nice dinner featuring a wild Alaska coho salmon fillet, seasoned and pan seared. Pretty amazing.
